Mission Statement
The Long Island Chiefs Baseball Team is an independent organization that is dedicated in cultivating the natural gifts of young athletes. Our organization provides an opportunity for the athletes to play and learn advanced level baseball. To attain success and reach our playing level goals we demand that our players display the following attitudes and characteristics :
A love for playing the game.
To practice with intensity and hustle.
To listen and accept instruction.
To try new and unfamiliar skills without complaining.
To maintain good grades in school.
